About Proved Pizza

Proved Woodfired Pizza was inspired by Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Here, traditional woodfired ovens produce quite simply some of the best pizza in the world on a traditional thin crust base. This showed us that great pizza is possible and doesn’t have to be expensive.

Proved’s mission is to bring this type of cooking and this type of pizza home to the British. For years all we’ve had are poor quality pizzas cooked in conventional ovens which don’t reproduce the real pizza taste that only the heat of the woodfired oven can.

We offer you the opportunity to taste for yourself traditional woodfired pizza. Proved is a mobile catering business so quite simply you can come to us or we can come to you.
